Last day of fun!

Well I have been trying not to think about it but I can't do that anymore because it is happening tomorrow. I am having back surgery tomorrow. I think I am really good about not thinking about something until I absolutely have to and it is staring at me in the face:( I am a little nervous about it but I keep telling myself it will be fine. So i won't be blogging for a little while. I will be home for Christmas. I told Justin he will have to move the tree into our room so I can watch the kids open their presents and then we can all watch movies for two weeks. Good thing we have a king size bed. LOL Well I will miss you all xoxo EM

Fun in the Snow!!

The kids wanted to go sledding today. But there wasn't much snow. So it made it a little harder but it was still fun! Garrett fell off his snow board and ripped through 2 pairs of pants and cut his leg so by the end he was not happy:)

Last night the High School had its winter concert Dane and Brynn sang and Landon plays in the band. Sorry the pics are so small I took them with my phones camera and it was a full house that night. So we had back row seats:( But it was Awesome!!!

Middle school dance

Every year the Middle school has a dance program were the grades do different dance together. Garrett grade danced and sang two song it was cute! Garrett is in the Middle row 2nd from the back in a white shirt.

My New Clock!

My little Sister Audra told me she was having a clock party and asked me if I wanted one!! I was like heck yea I love Clocks. So Audra was so sweet and made me one and I love it!! Its my new favorite! Thanks again Aud!!!

Drill Competition!!

On Sat. we went to watch Brynn and the South Sevier Drill team do their thing!! They Rock! South Sevier took 1st Manti 2nd and Kanab 3rd place. It was held at Jordan High School with tons of teams around 40 of them, from 5A to 2A. They each went up against other schools in thier divisions. We are in the 2A division. We went up against Juab, Manti, Kanab and North Summit. Here are two clips from the Military Dance!

This is my Grandma Davis!! She is the best as far as grandmas are concerned!! We stopped to see her on Sat. to wish her a Merry Christmas! My kids call her G.G. for Great Grandma. We had a great visit!

On Friday we went up North for the Family Christmas party. We had so much fun and of course ate to much yummy food!(Prime rib and twice baked potatoes:) We played games, won awesome prizes! Thanks Mom and Dad!! We love seeing most of the family there. Brynn was with the drill team and Kade and Lana and there family are in Washington. But we missed them all!!

Football Awards Night

Tonight we went to the football awards at the High School. Coach T-mac talk for a little bit then started to hand out awards. Dane got the J.V. Offensive Lineman of the Year!! This is him holding the award and the paper of the stats and the players that got a Varsity letter. Dane did letter in Varsity yea!! He really loves football he puts his whole heart into it and he can't wait until next year!!

Dane won the Varsity spot this week. So we went to wrestle in Beaver. Dane pinned the kid in 24 sec. YA HOO!! Dane is in the black singlet with the white stripe down the leg.

This Tournament is 2 days long with about 300 wrestlers from all over the state. Dane wrestled 6 times and won 4 of them. Dane and Landon(Brynn's boyfriend) are in the same weight so they have to wrestle each other. Each week they have a wrestle off to see which one of them wrestles the Varsity spot. Last week Dane won Landon and this week Landon won Dane. They are both so good. It is a good thing they get to wrestle each other because they make each other better. So when they wrestle each other we don't cheer for either one we just watch. Dane said its like wrestling his brother. Here are a couple of pics. Go Sensations!

Last night was the first boys basketball game of the season and the drill team got to dance at it. I just got a little clip of it so you could see. Brynn is the tallest on the team so she starts out in the middle row the very back one, then she is on the back row on the right side. She has a blond ponytail with darker hair underneath. It is so fun to watch them!! Their first competition is on the 13th in West Jordan.

Tis the Season

On Friday we spent time as a family getting our house ready for the Christmas Season here is a little sneek peek.. Happy Holidays..

Dear Santa,

Our city has a celebration to light up the city lights. They hand out hot chocolate and doughnuts. Santa is the special guest he rides in on the fire truck. Then all the kids sit on his lap to tell him what they want for Christmas. Garrett was happy to do it. On the other hand Brynn was not but I made her for the cute pic. hehe

Not your ordinary traffic!!

Well when you live in small town America this is bound to happen. Cowboys herding cows on the main highway. Funny huh? This is our kind of traffic. All kidding aside. Brynn and I were scared if we made any sudden moves they would jump on the car and smash us. They were big cows!!!
