State Playoffs

Today we played Parowan in our 1st State Playoff game we won 33 to 10 it was a great day for football. Now next Sat. we play San Juan in Cedar @ 2:00

OK I used to do cute stuff like this all the time. But now that my kids are older I think they don't like this kind of stuff anymore. But I guess they do. LOL We had a very fun spooky dinner together.

Carnival Fundraiser

Wed. night the High School had a carnival for the little kids. Its a fundraiser so the drill team had face painting. Brynn painted about 20 kids little faces. :)

More dressing up fun!

On Wed. it was the last day of school for the Elementary. So I dressed up like a clown. The Fun thing is I made this costume the 2nd year Justin and I were married.

My kids dressed up on Tuesday for young women's and young men's. 3 wards were doing a carnival together. Brynn ans Shelby dressed up in our old clown costumes. Dane wore my Geisha costume and Garrett was well.....its the most we could get him to dress up. A wig and sunglasses LOL They had a great time.

Halloween has always been my favorite thing. So I decorated our house a little bit scarier every year. Here is a sneak peek before Halloween night. Happy Haunting

Carving pumpkins

On Monday we decided to carve our pumpkins and it was a good time. They turned out really cute on our porch.

The Patch

Ok I guess the older the kids get the less excited they get about this tradition. The Pumpkin Patch. So we ended up putting it off for a couple of weekends. By the time we got there the sign said hayrides a dollar pumpkins for free. UH-OH so needless to say the pumpkins were pretty much gone:(

It was still a fun time. Dane and Karly decided its to hard to have a long distance relationship so they are now just friends.

The Hospital are you kidding me?

Last Tuesday Justin got a spider bite on his thumb.(which they guess was a black widow) It started to itch and swell so by Friday he went to the doctor's office. They gave him a shot, some antibiotics and pain pills then sent him on his way. At 3:00 a.m. Sat. morning he woke me up in a lot of pain and said take me to the emergency room. So we were off. In the emergency room they decided to start an IV of the really strong antibiotics and cut into it to see if anything would come out. But nothing did. So we got home around 6 a.m. They wanted him to come back in around 4 p.m. for another round. But when we got in there it looked worse so they admitted him. Justin and I were both looking at each other like what? really?

So Justin ended up in the hospital for 3 days and it was a good thing because it wouldn't get better. On Monday they let him go home and just in time he was ready to break out of there. Between his blood being drawn every 4 hours the meds making him sick and the bad food he was ready to leave.

Now for the next 10 days we have to go back everyday for the IV antibiotics. Which isn't so bad its the being in the house stuck at home that is driving him crazy. He can't go back to work until next week. Well maybe next week. Justin parents came down and sprayed our whole house for spiders. Thanks Mom and Dad.

On Sat. Brynn was invited to a halloween birthday party. We had fun getting ready for it we found her costume at walmart on friday. It was a really cute witch. Fun FUN Brynn's friends came to pick her up and one of brynn's friends has a weird sense of humor. She calls you a hooker if you look cute. (I know a little off) but as Brynn came running out to the car this girl yelled really loud out the car window to Brynn "you look like a hooker!!" and Brynn yelled back "thank you." Then looks over to see one of our neighbors outside with all of their family that was visiting. Just to see all of them staring at her. Oh no!! Ha HA all you can do is laugh. I Guess?
