The Date and the Dance

Dane started out the day early by picking up Karly. They headed to Trafalga in Orem. Where they rode go-carts, played black light mini golf, batting cages and some 3-D movie thing. After that lunch at Iceberg. On the way home they picked up the Cold stone for the dessert that night.

Then they meet everyone at Logan's for dinner. His family made them enchiladas YUMMY! Then back to our house for cold stone with all the mix-ins it was fun!

Then they got ready. It was so fun to have Karly here! We love her!

WOW!! Karly is so beautiful and Dane didn't look so bad either. They went to the dance and then to the fire house for treats, pool, and a movie. I think Dane and Karly came rolling in about 2 a.m. But they had a blast. What a wonderful day together:)

The Cheerleaders came Thursday to decorate Dane's room and put this sign on the house.

This week was Homecoming. So of course Dane dressed up everyday. Brynn only dressed the days she liked. But it was a great week.

Tonight we faced off with Millard. What an awesome game! We won it 21 to 0 Ya that's right!! All Dane's number one fans were there to support him! Karly her friend Danielle, Grandma and Grandpa and of course us the Fam. Everyone dedicated the game to Landon. All the guys wore his initials and his number somewhere on them. It was a great win all around. Keep it up rams!! 5 and 0!!

When Pigs Fly!

Karly came down early before the game tonight to answer Dane to Homecoming. Talk about CUTE! She put tons of pink pig balloons in his room. With a great big black box on his bed with his name on it. On the top of the box it said " I will go to homecoming with you when pigs fly Love, Karly" When he opened up the box pig balloons came out and flew! So SO SO Cute! He loved it!

Last night Brynn's Friend Alex came by to see her with a couple of his buddy's. They Hung out for awhile. Then went a couple of places picked up Kassidy and then ended up back at our house. When they got ready to leave the driver Dillon, realized he had locked the keys in his truck. LOL I thought I was the only one who did that anymore!! So I teased them while Justin helped them by holding a light for them to see to break in. It only took about 5 min. Good thing because it would have been along walk home to Piute. HE HE

Bryce Canyon

Garrett went on a field trip with the 7th grade yesterday. He came home and said it was fun to look at the canyon. I am sure the best part was hanging out with his friends though.

One of the BEST!

Last Friday at our big game. Landon Leavitt, one of the Rams best got hurt. We will miss watching him charge down the field for touchdowns. He is an amazing football player and we know he will be missed on the field. Best of Luck Landon. You are in our prayers.

Yesterday night we played our long time rivals Richfield......We brought home another Win!! 28 to 7 OH YA!!! South Sevier is now 4 and 0. Dane had a great night and recovered 2 fumbles. How fun is that to be a linemen and get the ball twice on your birthday. WHOOT WHOOT. After the awesome game we went to eat at Wingers. Dane's friend Dillon( who is the best kicker in the state) came with the fam. to eat. Couldn't ask for a better birthday present!

Birthday Man!!

Well he is not a birthday boy anymore. He is a man! Wow I feel old! Dane is 17 today! Oh man..... I am lucky to have such a great kid. He loves life and has great goals for his future. Dane is always the first one to jump up when I ask for help. He is also a very busy guy. He plays football, wrestles, does drama and track. This year he is taking 5 college classes and he is only a junior. I remember the day he was born. My water broke in the morning and it was a long hard labor but he was born at 10:42 p.m. strawberry blond hair and the biggest dimples ever. Justin and I were happy to be parents. We couldn't ask for a better son. Happy Birthday Dane XOXO

Asking Karly

Dane went to Karly's today for a date but he went early to ask her to homecoming. Dane put about 75 paper fish all over her room, some hanging from ribbon from the ceiling. He also got a fish bowl and filled it with Swedish fish(because Karly likes them). Then he had blue balloons on the floor for water.

Her wall says " Karly of all the fish in the sea......"

Then the paper on her bed said.
" I want you to go Homecoming with me! Love, Dane"

It took Dane awhile to do it. Karly came home while he was doing it and had to wait for him to get done! But she loved it. LOL
