Family and friends!

For Thanksgiving Mom and Dad came to our house. Cindy was able to come too. We had a wonderful day. We had great company and good food. We love spending time together as a family. Happy Happy Day!!

Thanksgiving Day Fight!

Ever since Brynn and Landon have be a couple they have a fight on every holiday. Lol Now I know what you are thinking?/?/ What.......But its not that kind of fight. Like for July 24th they had a water fight. hehe Then for Halloween a pumpkin fight. Now for Thanksgiving they had a whip cream fight. But this time Brynn was not in on it. I told Landon I would have them come in and help me make a dessert and then he could get her good! Oh boy did he ever. The Pictures say it all. At the end of it they used 4 cans and got Danes car too. I am just thankful they went outside!!!

Take it to the MAT

Last night was the first High School Wrestling Bi-county tournament in Gunnison. Four teams showed up to wrestle. Dane Wrestles Varsity for the 189 weight group. For his first match he Wrestled a kid from Richfield. They wrestled all three rounds but in the end Dane lost with a score 1 to 3. The Second time he wrestled a kid from Manti and Dane pinned him in the second round. YEA! It was a good night for S.S. Dane's singlet has South Sevier down the sides of his legs.

Birthday boy!! Well not a boy anymore!!

Today was Justin's Birthday! He turned 37. We spent the day as a family we went to lunch and went to see the last performance of the Fiddler on the Roof. It was a great day!! Then after that we had cake and ice cream. Good thing he is on fire dept. because he had a fire to put out on the cake. LOL Love you Bean!

Last night we went to see Dane in the Fiddler on the Roof!! It was awesome it was so much fun. As you can tell Dane is one of the kids that does everything there is to do in High School. He is so busy but he loves it all!! This is Dane singing one of his parts.

Jr. Ram Wrestling

Tonight Garrett had a dual in North Sevier. He wrestled three times and won the 1st one and just lost in the last 20 sec. of the 3rd round on the 2nd one and lost the 3rd one. But it was a fun night. There are about 30 kids on our Middle School team. The teams that were there include Manti, North Sevier, Gunnison and South Sevier. Garrett is in a red singlet.

The pressure is on!

The drill team has won the State Championship for the last 2 years so the pressure is on to win a 3rd state title. When Brynn has spare time she spends it in our living room DANCING. The drill team practice in the mornings and after school for hours. But whenever she has down time at home this is what you will find her doing. They do this awesome headstand were they move their legs in unison. Now its hard enough doing a headstand on its own. So it takes a lot of practice to move around without falling over. Brynn is so good at this I swear her stomach is so strong I think she has a six pack!! hehe GO SENSATIONS!!!

They did it again!!

Garrett's team won on Saturday again. The score was 26 to 35. They are having a fun time playing together as a team. You can see Garrett in this pic about to jump for the ball in the middle he is wearing a black jersey. He is as tall as the ref. ha ha

Fun times with Friends!!

Brynn loves UNO she is the queen of the house. So she asked Wyatt and Cedar to come over to play an UNO championship game with her.But first they ran around town to cause a little trouble. Sorry Mrs. Aston:/ Then they came back for UNO. It was so funny they both ganged up on her! Wyatt won 3 games and Cedar 1 and Brynn 1. So after that Brynn had enough}:( So I told them I love taking pics and asked if it was ok to take some of them. They were more than willing they both started to pose we laughed so hard HeHe Then they watched a flick. Brynn loved hangin out with her friends. They are great Guys!!

Basketball Season Starts

Garrett plays basketball and wrestles he is starting to get really busy he has practice every night! But last night was his first basketball game. They are the Raptors and they won the game 44 TO 32!! He is by far the tallest on the team. Out of all the kids he is the most like Justin in height:) When they jumped the ball he didn't even have to jump he he. Justin is the assistant coach. Have a great season butter!!

How did I get so lucky

I know that I am a very blessed person. I don't know how I got so lucky though. My friends are always telling me I have the best husband in the whole world, but I already know that I do. Justin is my best friend and partner in life. He is the best father to our kids. Just to see him with our kids and the love he shows them everyday is awesome. Our kids will always know love because of their dads great example. He is also the hardest working man I know he works 3 jobs to make sure our lives are wonderful. Plus he supports all of us in everything we do. When my friends tell me he is the best it is because he cooks and cleans and takes over my jobs whenever I need him too without me asking, he just steps in to do it!( His parents raised the most patient, loving, hard working person. Thanks Mom and Dad!!) I will never be able to show Justin how thankful I am for him and all he does for us. But he will always be the love of my life. I love you bean!!!! xoxox

Fall Music Concert

We had a fall concert two weeks ago and I forgot I had the pics on my camera. Dane singings with the high school group they are called the Madrigals. Brynn sings with her class which is called general chior. Dane loves to sing and he is good too. It must of skipped a generation though because Justin and I can't sing. Well not good anyway!! Sorry the pics are so dark I was not on the front row!

I am nervous about strangers looking at our blog. My friend told me to watch the news about having a blog and the safety issues with it. Because people can track you down and start stocking you from the info. on the blog!! So I am considering going private. But I will let you know:)

Garrett and Kyler

Garrett is having the best week. Kylers parents went on a trip to Cancun this week and we get to keep Kyler with us. Garrett has been counting down the days for when Kyler stays over. They are the kind of buddies that never fight and never get sick of each other. They have played with every toy they can think of video games, lego's and this marble track thing and now they are roasting marsmallows on the BBQ and its only the 2nd day he has been here!! We all love the Doodle(Thats the nick name we call him) at our house he is just like another little brother to Dane and Brynn. LOL

Picture Day!!

The drill team every year has a fund raiser. A photographer comes and takes pictures and for the last three years we have had them taken. So this year I wanted to have the kids dress up in the uniform of the sport they love!! Dane picked Football, Brynn Drill and Garrett Basketball. It was fun and I hope the pic turns out cute!! This pic is of them after in the hallway.

Dane's Answer

Last night Dane decided how to answer Cindy. We looked on the blog at all the good ideas and then it came to me. Oh my gosh Cindy looks at the blog from her house. (Hi Cindy) So we got some great ideas from Michelle and Dane wanted to use one she hadn't seen. (Thanks Michelle!!) So last night we made an ice cake. You take a pan and put the answer in the bottom of it, fill it with water then freeze over night. Then Dane got up at 6:00 a.m. and put frosting on it to make it look like a real cake. HE HE Then drove to her house and left in on her porch. It was cute the funny thing is I asked Dane what she said and he told me she said "now you owe me a real cake Mr. so ya better get cookin!!!" Have fun at the dance guys!!

Our Creepy Road Trip to Nightmare on 13th Street

Well it started out just fine the plan was go to Salt Lake spend the day with the kids then at night meet Loreen and Emmie with their kids at the Nightmare on 13th Street Haunted House. ( Loreen sister and brother in-law own it) So Dane, Brynn, Landon and I headed up to Salt lake and the day was great I love spending time with them. Cindy was at state volleyball in Provo but we missed her. We went to the gateway mall and did a little shopping but the boys are not shoppers so it didn't last very long. Then we went to a movie fun fun. After that we ate dinner at Rumbi yummy! That's when it all started Brynn started to get freaked out because it was getting close to the time to go to the haunted house. The plan was all the kids would go together and the mom's would go get a drink while they went through. HA that didn't happen... We got there and Brynn was so freaked out she said she won't go without me... so i told Loreen and Emmie they had to go too.

This is what greets you when you get out of your car. Brynn kept saying I can't do this I can't do this. Now you start to laugh at Brynn being such a baby but she gets it from me and I didn't want to go either haha But I tried not to show her I was scared and we went to go get the tickets from Mike Loreen's brother in-law.

This picture tells it all we told the kids to stand over here so we could get a picture. Loreen and I were standing right next to each other taking pics and right as we snapped the pic a big green creepy monster came up behind us and stuck his head between me and Loreen. We didn't notice at first and then we noticed the kids freaking out. Then I looked to the side and Loreen and I freaked out and we both ran screaming he started to chase me and I headed straight for the kids. AAUUUUUHH! SCARY!! Plus we haven't even started to go in yet!!!

I have never been squeezed so tight in my life. I was in front of Brynn she had her arms around my waist most of the time and she keep yelling Landon hold tighter tighter Landon and it wasn't in a nice voice.I kept a tight hold of Dane's shoulder just so I wouldn't get lost. HeHe. At the End of it we were all sweating like pigs. Because we were like all holding onto each other like scaredy cats all 11 of us. It was the best Halloween ever.. Well until next year.
